Strongman technique
Began training/ Competing in strongman in 2016. Attained the title of 3rd Scottish strongest man u105kg 2020. A personal love for the sport became a passion to train others to push their efforts to compete at national level up to the Arnolds competition.
Powerlifting
Currently Training/ Competing in the Gpc-GB / Gpc-Scotland category with an overall total of 645kg total, honed skills from 3 years competing in powerlifting.
